I ordered this item 4 days ago and it arrived today. Cannot beat the price or the speed of shipping. I set it up and am using it to go to a 7 port powered USB 2.0 HUB. It works just great. Works with MAC and Windows both as I run both operating systems on my MacBook Pro. I use a scanner, magic jack, card reader, sync for my Blackberry Bold PDA, Sync for my iphone, and it handles all of it extremely well with no issues or drops from the system on either Windows Vista or Mac OS X Leopard.
Despite the price, this cable is made rather high quality. I bought two, and they work. Any USB cable longer than 15ft would require an "amplified" cable to ensure good signal quality, so this is the longest it can go without a pricy alternative.Note that this USB cable has mini-B connector. It can be very useful for tethering a digital camera to a computer, or connecting a portable electronics a bit farther away from your computer.
Great buy for a 15' cable. Looked everywhere and could only find 6' at the stores, for double the price. Also shipped very fast.
